Shipping & Returns


We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business day after they are placed. We ship all orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx unless otherwise noted. Orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Island of the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S Minor Outlying, Canada, and Mexico

Currently, we do not ship to these areas.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the tracking number. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment.


If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that we can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Our shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.


You will receive a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped. The email will include the tracking number.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. At this time, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

Your order may be delayed if your shipping address is different from your billing address (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information).

Most items are available to ship in 2-3 business days unless otherwise noted.




How long will standard orders take?
Delivery timing for orders is calculated based on processing time plus shipping time: 

The majority of our standard delivery orders is processed within 2-3 business day of purchase and will arrive 3-6 business days from the date they were shipped, depending on the destination.


Why don't I see an option for Expedited or Express shipping at checkout?
As of current, we do not offer any expedited or express shipping options.


Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we cannot. They can't be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS/FedEx


Is there a free shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on any orders over $100.00 within the 48 contiguous states



Returning Items

1)    All sale, clearance, and discount items are final, no return, no refund & credits, price adjustments or cancellations. Please be aware that Linen Tree Inc. reserves the right to refuse any return if they don’t meet our return requirements. Please contact us and receive a shipping label before sending return items. We will provide the shipping label and the fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping Fee

  • Returning 1 pack of diaper: $15.50/pack
  • Returning more than 1 pack of diaper: $9.50/pack
  • For all other items, a return shipping cost will be calculated after a return has been received at our warehouse.

2)   All return products must be shipped within 30 days of delivery, with the shipping expense paid by the buyer.

Returns with Gift Receipt

1)   Refunds over $5 will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit or merchandise exchange for the price paid.


Exchanging Items

1)    We accept exchange of the items that are purchased on only.

2)    Linen Tree Inc. is not responsible for the lost or damaged items during shipping back to the warehouse.

3)    Exchanges are only accepted for goods that are lost in transit, defective, or not as represented. For lost (undelivered) packages, please email the original receipt to with an explanation.

4)    All exchange products must be shipped within 14 days of delivery, with the shipping expense paid by the buyer.

5)    Exchange products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. No exchange will be issued for items missing components, parts, original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals.

6)    You must include in the returning package a packing slip (included in the shipment) for all exchanges. We will not be able to process an exchange for any shipment received without a packing slip. 

IMPORTANT: You must state the reason for your return on your packing slip in order for your return to be processed. If you state Damaged, Defective or Other, you must describe the nature of the damage or defect, or the reason for "other" on the packing slip in order for us to properly process your return.

7)    Ship by a trackable method at your expense to the following address:

8)    Once the item is received and the exchange is approved, your new order will be shipped at no additional cost, typically within 5~10 business days.
